Client relationship management (CRM) software is great for tracking your sales funnel from initial contact to contract completion. But CRMs only work when they integrate with your existing processes and tools. That’s not always easy. A regional services company decided to adopt Salesforce as their new CRM to streamline and automate their sales, QA, and invoicing processes. They had a development company do some work to build their processes, but that company applied a "one-size-fits-all" approach and didn't consider the unique parts of the client's processes.

We gave the client a more personalized solution by interviewing key stakeholders about their processes and challenges. We then crafted solutions to meet those challenges and built specific workflows in Salesforce to model their real-world processes, including a solution that integrated Salesforce directly to their contracting system in DocuSign. Our team consisted of a Salesforce developer, QA tester, and project manager.

We used Salesforce Process Builder to automatically trigger processes. For example, when a DocuSign envelope was completed, our solution moved the Opportunity or Production to the next stage and notified users of the status change.

Our full-stack developers used Salesforce Lighting Web Component and Apex programming languages to build the dynamic Closing Disclosure that was embedded in the Residential Contract screen flow.

Using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office products, we rebranded all the client’s marketing collateral including brochures, case studies, catalogs, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, sales data sheets (SDS), and technical specification sheets (TSS).

Our team of multiple graphic designers, editors, a project coordinator, and a project manager used our proprietary process to quickly update multiple collateral pieces while keeping project costs low.
